- Choose the material for your countertops (e.g., granite, quartz, marble). This decision is crucial as it will influence the other choices you make.

- Select your sink(s). We provide a variety of different sinks, or you may provide your own. Ensure the size of the sink fits within your sink base to avoid any installation issues. Consider the type (e.g., undermount, farmhouse), size, and material that align with your design and functionality needs.

*Farmhouse sinks must be installed prior to template*

- Choose faucets that complement your sink(s) and overall kitchen/bathroom design. Consider the finish and functionality to match your style. 

- Decide on the style (e.g., gas, electric, induction) and size of your cooktop. Make sure it fits within the design and layout of your cabinets. 

- Select any additional accessories such as but not limited to:

- Hot and filtered water dispensers, Soap dispensers, Pressure switches, Pop-up outlets  

- Ensure these accessories fit your design and functionality needs.

- Reflect on the final look and design of your countertops, including:

- Corners: Rounded or square? (inside corners on engineered quartz must be rounded)

- Edge Details: Choose a style (e.g., standard eased, beveled, round over, bullnose) that suits your design vision.

- Please clear all items from your countertops before time of templating and measuring.

- A 50% deposit is required at the time of template to secure your project in our schedule and to allow us to process the material.

- If you require us to tear out and dispose of the old countertops, please note that this service will incur an additional cost.- Please clear all items from your countertops before the tear-out or installation.

- The remaining balance is due upon installation completion.
